1. Acceptance of Terms

Receipt of an order confirmation email or order number does not constitute our acceptance of your order or guarantee Product availability. Our acceptance occurs only when we ship the Products to you and send you a shipment confirmation notification. 7. Shipping and Delivery

Muscleora ships Products to addresses within the United States. Shipping within the United States is FREE — there are no shipping costs charged to customers for standard delivery. Orders are generally processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after successful payment verification. Estimated delivery time is three (3) to five (5) working days after shipment.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, transportation disruptions, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided by you, or for delays, non-delivery, or loss resulting from address errors. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs or restocking fees.

8. Returns and Refunds

Muscleora offers a thirty (30) day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible Products within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in our Returns Policy. Please note that the thirty (30) day return window is our voluntary store policy; there is no statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal for most online sales under US federal law.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened (where applicable), and in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase after we receive and inspect the returned Product. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect Product).
